In a discussion led by Bernard Swanepoel, that will surely set the stage alight at this year’s Joburg Indaba, Joseph Mathunjwa and Terence Goodlace will engage in an open conversation about the role that organised labour and industry must play together in modernisation of the industry. “We are delighted to welcome both Terence Goodlace and Joseph Mathunjwa for the first time to this year’s Indaba and look forward to hearing their unique perspectives on the way forward for the industry,” says Paula Munsie, CEO. “We have a very high calibre and interesting line up of speakers this year.
The conversation between Mathunjwa and Goodlace will certainly be one of the highlights in a programme that will be full of hard hitting frank conversations about the industry and its future”. We are also delighted to welcome the Department of Energy to the event this year in a session that will look at how best to solve the energy crisis as well as future energy prospects in SA and the rest of the continent. The full speaker list is available here.
Participants can look forward to a lively and engaging two days where industry veterans, CEOs, Government and investors will gather at the Inanda Club for the 3rd edition of the Joburg Indaba on 14th & 15th October. Spaces are limited by design to ensure an intimate atmosphere where real conversation takes place.
